Terms:
Credit Cards or Prepaid. Net-30 is available to customers with approved credit. C.O.D. is available except for the M-1, M-2 and Jensen Twin Servo 990 mic preamps. Illinois residents add 8.75% state sales tax. Prices and Illinois state sales tax subject to change.

Shipping:
UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express or method of your choice. Shipping and insurance charges are additional.

Orders Outside the USA:
Terms are Credit Card, Prepaid or Wire Transfer. Prepaid and Wire Transfer orders must be in US Dollars drawn on a US bank. Wire Transfer fees, duties and other fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
All orders found to be unsatisfactory can be returned for full credit or refund (less shipping and insurance charges), within 15 days of delivery. Please contact The John Hardy Company if you have any questions.

Warranty:
All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. The John Hardy Company will repair or replace product under this warranty if factory inspection reveals evidence of such defects. Products must be returned to the factory in original packaging materials for inspection, shipped prepaid. No other warranty is expressed and/or implied.
